Getting one of my Bula/James River Armory home builds ready for some shooting enjoyme.

Feedback: 63 / 0 / 0. A customer brought me their James River Armory/BULA M14 F. It wouldn't extract. The Bula marked bolt would fully retract and attempt a reload, but the spent brass left in the chamber put the brakes on the completion of the reload. I just received my JRA this past Wednesday. The only magazine that locked into placed without forcing it was the one included with my M14.
